Who Are My Characters (and What Are They Doing in My Story)?

This is a hands-on workshop where you will be doing practical character and story exercises.  For the character part of the workshop it would be ideal if you could come along with one character in mind that you’d like to work on, or could work on for the exercise.  For the story analysis section – breaking down story, techniques for when you’re stuck – we’ll be using the film Shine, stopping and starting through the film. If you could see it in full before the workshop that would be great. And, by the way, we might share a little but we won’t be reading our work out loud!

A fun, easy workshop that will give you tools to take back into your writing days.
